Your account is restricted until you subscribe or unlock a job — but your drawings and takeoffs are kept safe, and you can download all of your data (original PDFs, measurements as CSV, your BoQ) at any time from My Account.
No. All payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Yes — from My Account, in a couple of clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for the unused part, except where the law requires.
Yes, at the same price until you cancel. For annual plans we email you before the renewal date so there are no surprises.
Your own, where we price in it: pounds in the UK, US dollars in the United States, euros in Ireland and the eurozone, Australian, Canadian and New Zealand dollars at home, and rupees in India (Indian cards only). Everywhere else is in US dollars. The site shows the price for where you are, and checkout confirms it before you pay.
Yes. A firm buys seats for its estimators on one bill, and every seat is cheaper from the second one: 10% off for 2–4 seats, 15% for 5–9, 20% for 10 or more. Seats go to addresses on your firm's own domain, each estimator gets their own full account, and a seat moves to a replacement when someone leaves. Message Support with your domain and the number of seats and we'll set it up.
Subscribe if you price jobs regularly (unlimited everything). Pay per project if you only take off occasionally — you unlock one job and keep access to it.
